This month’s Scripture writing/reading plan is all about freedom! True freedom is
only found in Jesus! Only in Jesus can we truly be set free from all sin and death and receive eternal life in Him! Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins, He was buried and then He rose to life again! (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) Jesus paid the full price for us to reconcile us to God by the shedding of His blood for us! Salvation for our souls is only found in Jesus and this is a free gift from God that we must receive by faith! (Romans 3:25) All who believe in Jesus receive eternal life in Him and they are eternally forgiven for all of their past, present and future sins in Him! When we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior, then we become children of God and Jesus lives in our inner being! (John 1:12) As children of God, who believe in Jesus, we have died to sin and death through Jesus and His sacrifice for us! Jesus lives in us and He is our life! (Colossians 3:4) Jesus conquered sin and death for us and He paid the full price to set us free for all of eternity! Praise God for His perfect love and His perfect grace! As children of God we no longer live for ourselves but rather for the will of God who has called us to eternal life in our Savior, Jesus! Praise God for our Savior Jesus, who has set us free in every way! Jesus is our freedom! Enjoy spending time in God’s Word learning about the true freedom we have in Jesus!
