A New Day


Good morning my dear friends! Today is a brand new day and I hope that you were able to wake up with joy in your heart, feeling rested! Yesterday is gone and we are no longer thinking about yesterday. Yesterday is in the past and today is here! Today we have been blessed with a brand new day and praise God for this beautiful day that He has made! God’s mercies are new every morning! Forget yesterday and praise God for today! When we are children of God, who believe in Jesus, we get to wake up every morning with sincere joy in our hearts! As children of God, who believe in Jesus, we have Jesus living in our inner being and we have true peace in our inner being because, in Jesus, we have peace with God. Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins and then He rose to life again conquering sin and death for all of eternity! When we believe in Jesus and invite Him into our hearts as our personal Lord and Savior, then we receive eternal life in Him and all of our past, present and future sins are forgiven for all of eternity in Him! Jesus paid the full price for us on the cross to reconcile us to God by the shedding of His blood for us! If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, then praise God for all of your past, present and future sins have been eternally forgiven, each and every single one, in your Savior, Jesus, who lives in you and you have received eternal life in Him! You have been eternally set free from sin and death in your Savior, Jesus, who loves you and gave Himself for you! When we are in Jesus we become a new creation! 2 Corinthians 5:17 says “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! (NIV) We have died to sin and we have been made alive to God in Jesus (Romans 6:11) who loves us and gave Himself for us, eternally conquering sin and death for us! It is no longer us who lives but it is now Jesus who lives in us and He is our life! (Galatians 2:20, Colossians 3:4) Now you are a new creation in Jesus and He lives in your inner being! You have died to sin and death in Jesus and your old self is gone! Each morning you get to wake up with sincere joy in your heart knowing that you have been eternally set free from sin and death, your Savior Jesus is living in your inner being and He will never leave you, and you are looking forward to an eternal future in Heaven with your Savior! God always works all things out for the good of His children! (Romans 8:28) God is in control of all things and His will is always done! God always knows exactly what you need in each moment of your life and He will always bless you with exactly what you need in each and every moment of your life according to His perfect will! You are guaranteed a perfectly blessed future in your Savior, Jesus, who lives in you! So wake up with joy in your heart because you are waking up with Jesus in your heart!

Lamentations 3:22-23 says “Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. (NIV) As we read in Lamentations, God’s compassions never fail and they are new every morning! God is faithful even when we are not! We know that God’s compassions never fail and we know that our God is faithful! God pursued our hearts, even with our sinful nature and our sinful ways! God called us to His truth and He opened our eyes, our minds, and our hearts so that we could recognize our sinful ways for what they really are and God taught us about His perfect love for us and our Savior Jesus! God blessed us with our faith in our Savior, Jesus! The very God who we sin against, called us, as we were, to bless us with His perfect grace and to bless us with faith in His Son, Jesus, to receive eternal forgiveness and eternal life in Him! God loves us perfectly with an everlasting love! We are perfectly blessed by our God and we know His mercy and we know His compassion and His faithfulness, for He has blessed us with His perfect grace in our Savior, Jesus, who died for us to redeem us from our sin and the death that our sin leads to! As we read in Lamentations, because of God’s perfect love for us we are not consumed, for God has rescued us from darkness and He has brought us into the light of His Son, Jesus, who died for us to reconcile us to God and eternally set us free from sin and death! Because of God and His perfect love for us we are not consumed nor will we ever be because of our Savior, Jesus, living in us! God is faithful even when we are not and God’s compassions will never fail or cease! God will continue to bless each of His children perfectly with exactly what each of us needs in each and every moment of our lives according to His perfect will! Enjoy this day the Lord your God has made and praise Him for the perfect blessings you constantly receive from Him! Praise God for His faithfulness and His relentless grace!

Now we know that today is a brand new day and we know that God’s mercies are new every morning! Now we must also be faithful in letting go of yesterday! In Jesus, all of our past, present and future sins have been eternally forgiven! So do not hold on to your sins or the guilt of your sins! Let it go and give it to God! Humbly go before the Lord your God and confess your sins to Him and praise Him that, in Jesus, you are eternally forgiven for each and every one of your sins! Let it all go and ask God to make you faithful in living to glorify Him always being careful to keep His commands and remember, God is faithful and He will do it! If you feel as though someone wronged you yesterday, let go of that to! Remember, we are instructed to forgive as the Lord forgave us! (Colossians 3:13) No one is perfect and we all sin, that includes us! We do not deserve God’s perfect grace but praise God that none of our sins will ever be counted against us in our Savior, Jesus, who loves us and gave Himself for us even when we do not deserve it! Praise God that He forgave you in your Savior, Jesus, and be faithful in forgiving others! None of us are perfect and we all need Jesus, praise God that in His perfect grace you have been blessed with your faith in Jesus and now Jesus lives in your inner being as your personal Lord and Savior! Remember to have compassion with everyone around you and be careful to live as one who has Jesus living in your inner being because by the grace of God you do! Jesus is the light of life, (John 1:4) and He is living in your inner being holding out His light of life to all those around you through you! Let your light shine and enjoy being the vessel through which Jesus constantly shares His truth and His love with others! As we read in Philippians 3:13-14 “But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. (NIV) Forget what is behind and strain toward what is ahead pressing on toward the goal in Christ Jesus! Praise God that you have been called heavenward in your Savior Jesus and focus yourself on Him always! Remember, Hebrews 13:8 says that “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. (NIV)

Now we have woken up to a brand new day! Today is a day that the Lord our God has made and we know that we are guaranteed a perfectly blessed day in our Savior, Jesus! God is always working everything out for our good! Now that we know these blessed truths let us approach this day as we should! Psalm 143:8 says “Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life. (NIV) Let us faithfully commit ourselves to the Lord our God and submit to His perfect will! Let us relinquish all of ourselves and commit ourselves to God and His will, for our life is not our own! We were bought at a price! We were bought by the precious blood of Jesus who loves us and gave Himself for us to eternally redeem us from all sin and death! Remember, it is not longer you who lives but Jesus lives in you and He is your life! (Galatians 2:20, Colossians 3:4) You have been called to live a holy life in your Savior, Jesus, and Jesus lives in your inner being! It is God who works in you to do His will! (Philippians 2:13) God is in control of all things and His will is always done! We are not to glorify ourselves or our sinful nature but rather we are to glorify God, the God who has called us to eternal life in His Son! God has a perfect plan for you and your life and He will always bless you perfectly with exactly what you need in each moment of your life according to His perfect will! Submit yourself to God and trust in Him! Follow God’s instruction and keep His commands praising Him without ceasing knowing that you will always be perfectly blessed in your Savior, Jesus! Psalm 25:4-5 says “Show me your ways, LORD, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. (NIV) Our hope is in God our Savior and we will never be put to shame! Submit yourself to God and walk humbly with Him knowing that you have everything that you need in your Savior, Jesus! Trust in the Lord your God! Proverbs 3:25-26 instructs us to “Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked, for the LORD will be at your side and will keep your foot from being snared. (NIV) You have not a thing to fear so do not think and act as though you do! Fear has to do with punishment (1 John 4:18) and, in Jesus, you have escaped sin and death for all of eternity! In Jesus, and His sacrifice for you, you have escaped punishment for your sins and, therefore, you have not a thing to fear for all of eternity! God is always working everything out for your good! You get to enjoy this blessed eternal life to which you have been called in your Savior, Jesus, so do so with the strength the Lord constantly provides and trust in Him! Enjoy this day that the Lord our God has made and live in a manner that glorifies God praising Him for the blessed eternal life that He has blessed you with in your Savior, Jesus!

Now once we have reached the end of the day we seek a good nights rest! Psalm 4:8 says “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, LORD, make me dwell in safety. (NIV) Remember, in your Savior, Jesus, you have peace with God and true peace in your inner being where Jesus lives! Lie down in peace and remember the Lord is making you dwell in safety! Let go of the day, praise God for your endless blessings you constantly receive from Him and fear nothing! Psalm 3:5 says that “I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the LORD sustains me. (NIV) The Lord sustains you! You get to wake each morning with your faithful God whose compassions never fail! So let go, you have been blessed with peace in your Savior, Jesus, and you can enjoy a good nights rest!

If you have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, then you can do so right now! No one is perfect and we all sin. (Romans 3:23) Our sin separates us from God and our sin leads to death. (Isaiah 59:2, Romans 6:23) Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins and then He rose to life again eternally conquering sin and death and when we believe in Jesus and invite Him into our heart as our personal Lord and Savior, then we receive eternal forgiveness for our sins and eternal life in Him! Salvation for our souls is only found in Jesus! (Acts 4:12) We cannot earn salvation and it is impossible for us to save ourselves. (Ephesians 2:8-9) Romans 10:9 says that “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (NIV) If you have come to understand and admit that you are a sinner and if you believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross to save you from your sins and that He rose to life again, then you can invite Jesus into your heart and your life as your personal Lord and Savior. You can pray a prayer like this:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I know that I am a sinner and that I need Jesus to save me. I believe that Jesus died on the cross to save me from my sins and that He rose to life again. God I am sorry for my sin. I invite Jesus into my heart and my life as my personal Lord and Savior. I commit my life to you.

In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

If you have prayed a prayer like this and have invited Jesus into your heart and your life as your personal Lord and Savior, then praise God, for in Jesus all of your past, present and future sins have been eternally forgiven and you have received eternal life in Him! You are a new creation in Jesus, the old is gone and the new is here! If you have not accepted Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior yet, then what are you waiting for? God has brought you here and He is working in your heart and in your life at this very moment! God has brought you here to share His truth and His love with you! Remember, God pursues our hearts, as we are, to bless us with His perfect grace! If God is in pursuit of your heart He will not fail! God wants you to come to Him, just as you are, no matter what your past or present looks like! Remember, today is a brand new day! Yesterday is gone and at this present moment you are being invited to accept eternal salvation in Jesus! Do not turn away! Accept God’s free gift of salvation in Jesus and receive eternal life in Him!
